Our Policies

Edgewise Environmental reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to scheduling conflicts or insufficient registration. Minimum registrant requirements vary. We strive to let clients know if a course has to be rescheduled or canceled 1 month before the course start date. Should EDGEWISE cancel a course, registrants will be given the option to transfer to a later course or be issued a full refund. EDGEWISE is not liable for any costs associated with travel to/from attending courses.

Refund requests made more than 30 days prior to course delivery will be subject to an administrative fee of 300$CAD. Refund requests made after 30 days are not eligible for refund. Alternatively, you may request that the original registration cost be transferred to a future course of your choice. Refunds or transfers will not be issued on the day of, or after, any portion of course delivery. Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone or email. Course participants are responsible for all travel arrangements and expenses associated with attending our training programs or workshops. This includes but is not limited to travel, accommodation, transportation, meals and any other costs incurred before, during or after the duration of our courses.
